Acceptable Use Policy

EFFECTIVE MAY 22, 2026

These terms are incorporated into and form part of the applicable Paymenture Terms of Service.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs all access to and use of the Paymenture platform and Services.

Prohibited Activities

Users may not use the Services in connection with:

  • money laundering;
  • terrorist financing;
  • fraud;
  • sanctions evasion;
  • ransomware;
  • identity theft;
  • unauthorized money transmission;
  • prohibited gambling;
  • counterfeit goods;
  • prohibited weapons;
  • darknet marketplaces;
  • mixers or tumblers;
  • prohibited digital asset activity; or
  • unlawful business models.

Prohibited Business Models

The Services may not be used for:

  • shell banks;
  • pyramid schemes;
  • Ponzi schemes;
  • deceptive investment schemes;
  • unlawful lending;
  • unlawful pharmaceutical sales;
  • prohibited adult content;
  • narcotics trafficking; or
  • prohibited financial activity.

Deceptive or Abusive Conduct

Users may not:

  • provide false information;
  • conceal beneficial ownership;
  • evade compliance controls;
  • manipulate transaction data;
  • misuse APIs;
  • interfere with platform security; or
  • conduct unauthorized scraping or cybersecurity attacks.

Compliance Monitoring

Paymenture and its Service Providers may:

  • conduct sanctions screening;
  • conduct blockchain analytics;
  • monitor transactions;
  • investigate suspicious activity;
  • freeze or reject transactions;
  • suspend Services; or
  • cooperate with regulators and law enforcement.

Enforcement

Violation of this AUP may result in:

  • suspension;
  • termination;
  • frozen assets;
  • restricted Services;
  • regulatory reporting; or
  • legal action.
